Do you ever get those horrible messages
which sometimes appear on your screen telling you so politely
that it cannot find this or that .dll file and some of the other
error messages which can be easily solved.

Download those you would like to have and unzip to your Window's 'System Folder'
Left click and 'Save' - or - Right click and 'Save Target As'

If the dll you are looking for is not above John from Canada has very kindly volunteered help find missing dll files for you. You can send him an e.mail and he will see if he can help.

John is a very knowlegeable man and he has been silently helping me find dll files for people who are looking for them.

Included here a short snippet from his email agreeing to give us this help, so please do try and be as helpful as possible and making sure you supply him with as much info as possible.

"While offering my best at all times I will accept no responsibility for assisting. It's their choice to use a file[s] and with dlls nothing is guaranteed.

Often there are different versions and so-called "silent" updates so on occasion a file sent won't work. I can however guarantee that all files will be virus free and scanned outgoing with Norton2003".

Before spending hours on the web looking for these dll files which go missing, please do check your installation/programme disks for these files.

A simple search using the windows search facility found on the start bar or have a look using windows explorer at the contents of your installation/programme disk could save you hours of needless searching on the web.

9 out of 10 request received are for files I know people have already on their installation disks, They are not aware that they can copy them straight onto their computers.

For those people who are interested in Stationary Making and like to ensure that they have all the Meta Files required to view them correctly will find this following little programme very useful. Many of the Files needed to view stationery correctly are missing from Outlook Explorer 5.0 and upwards.
