For those people who love playing with filters these sites provide a wonderful array of filters for use with PSP, Photoshop etc.
This is only a small selection of filters from the vast array available. Many of these I have used and know them to be good usable filters. You will find lot of links from these sites leading to more plugin sites - So happy hunting. Oh and don't forget to check if there are any special installation requirements before downloading, they do vary.

Afh Beveller
Free plugin For making square buttons. This link takes you to the download page.
Almathera Plug-in Collecion.
The home page for the Almathera Plug-in Collection - which include Halo, Puddle, Lightning, Beveller, Warper, Shape Cutter, Grey Area, and Drop Shadow filters. This link takes you to the download page.
AV Bros. Software
Free trials available for their Puzzle Pro, Page Curl and Colorist filters. This link will take you to the download page.
DC Special 2.0 Plugin Filters
This Collection of free filters are useful and fun. Link will take you to the home page.
Eye Candy and Xenofex
Free demos available - These programs have very different and very useful filters. This link will take you to their home page where you can be sure of downloading the latest up-to-date software.
Greg's Factory Output Filters
Great set of free filters are hosted by State of Entropy (scroll down to the bottom of the page to download.). Greg's Pool Shadow filter is very popular.
Harry's Filters
Free filters, really useful too including Video Rave, Harry's Power Grads, Cryptology and Nirvana. You will need to supply your email address in order to download Harry's Filters - Well worth it. Also lots of tuts and other info available. Scroll to the bottom of the page to enter email address.
Krusty's FX
Free filters - Vol. I has many useful filters, Vol. II and Vol. III are also available. You can download the filters on this page presently, but the site is being redesigned so that may change in the near future.
NVR Bordemania
Free filter plugins - Very useful for creating buttons and image borders. This link will take you to the home page where you can download the trial copy.
Plugin Galaxy
Demo available with 2 free plugins - Set of 20 plugins which includes over 120 basic effects. Plugin Commander Pro is also available from them. This link will take you to their home page.
